- 2 c. powdered sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. heavy cream
- 1 c. crushed pineapple, well drained
- 1 stick margarine, softened
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 2 baked (9-inch) pie crusts
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1Cream together powdered sugar and butter with electric mixer. Add eggs, salt and vanilla.

2Beat until light and fluffy. Spread mixture evenly into 2 baked pie crusts and then

3chill the pies. Whip cream until it is stiff.

4Blend in powdered sugar.

5Fold in pineapple and pecans.

6Spread this mixture on top of base mixture and chill pies thoroughly.

7Makes 2 (9-inch) pies.
