Pineapple Mint Freeze

Ingredients

  • 1 small box lime Jell-O (3 oz.)
  • 1 (13 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 pkg. Kraft butter mints, crushed
  • 1 small carton Cool Whip
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Stir together first two ingredients, and let stand several hours or overnight.

    Add rest of ingredients and mix well.

    Pour in container and freeze (8 x 8-inch or 9 x 9-inch dish works well).

    Serve frozen; if not all used, it refreezes well for next meal.
