  • 3/4 c. butter
  • 1 2/3 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 3 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 Tbsp. orange extract
  • 3 c. flour

Directions

    Cream the butter and sugar.

    Stir in eggs and mix well.

    Add remaining ingredients and mix lightly. Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
