- 6 tbsp Milk
- 1/2 tsp Lemon Extract

- 1 Zest of 1/2 a lemon
- 1 cup Fresh pineapple, cut into 1/4 iinch pieces

1Preheat oven to 375F.

2Prepare muffin tins by lightly greasing each cup.

4In a separate bowl, beat the egg, milk and lemon extract until frothy.
