- 1 c. honey
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 egg
- 2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. Wheat Chex (crushed)
- 1 c. pineapple juice
- 3/4 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Grease bottom of 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 3-inch loaf pan.

2Blend honey and butter.

3Beat in egg.

4Sift flour, baking powder and salt together.

5Add half to honey mixture.

6Mix well.

7Add Wheat Chex and pineapple juice.

8Mix well.

9Add rest of flour and nuts. Blend.

10Pour into loaf pan.

11Bake 75 minutes at 350° or until golden brown.
