  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. soda
  • 3/4 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 1/2 c. crushed pineapple
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 3 Tbsp. Crisco oil

Directions

    Stir together dry ingredients; add remaining ingredients. Bake in a loaf pan at 350° for 1 1/4 hours.
