- 2 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. mace
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
- 1 egg
- 1 (8 oz.) can juice pack pineapple
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/4 c. melted margarine
Directions

1Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, mace, salt and walnuts in large bowl and mix well.

2Beat eggs in mixer bowl. Add undrained pineapple, milk and margarine; mix well.

3Add pineapple mixture to dry ingredients; mix until moistened.

4Spoon into greased 5 x 9-inch loaf pan.

5Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.
