  • 2 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1 teaspoon soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 c. raisins
  • 1/2 c. nuts
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tbsp. shortening
  • 1 c. crushed pineapple, liquid removed

Directions

    Sift flour, sugar, baking pwdr, soda, and salt.

    Cream shortening, egg, and vanilla.

    Add in dry ingredients to creamed mix.

    Mix well.

    Add in liquid removed pineapple, raisins, and nuts.

    Bake in a greased and floured bread pan at 350 degrees till done, about 40 min.
