  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
