  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 (3 oz.) box instant vanilla pudding
  • 2 C. milk
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (8 oz.) container whipped topping
  • 1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 C. coconut
  • 1/2 C. finely chopped pecans
  • Maraschino cherries

    Grease a 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 inch baking pan.

    Mix cake mix and bake according to package directions for 15 minutes; cool.

    Mix pudding and milk as directed; stir in softened cream cheese. Spread over cooled cake.

    Spread whipped topping over pudding. Sprinkle pineapple evenly over whipped topping.
