Pineapple Pecan Cake

- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 eggs
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Directions

1In a mixing bowl, combine the first three ingredients. Mix well.

2Stir in eggs, pineapple and pecans.

3Pour into an ungreased 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan.

4Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

5Cool.
