Pineapple Pecan Cake

  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, not drained
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Mix sugar, flour, baking soda, eggs and pineapple well.

    Add pecans.

    Bake in a 9 x 11 inch pan at 350° for approximately 40-45 minutes.

    (Do not oil or grease pan.)

    Cool completely before frosting.
