- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 eggs
- 1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, not drained
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1Mix sugar, flour, baking soda, eggs and pineapple well.

2Add pecans.

3Bake in a 9 x 11 inch pan at 350° for approximately 40-45 minutes.

4(Do not oil or grease pan.)
