  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 20 oz. can crushed undrained pineapple
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Combine flour, sugar, soda, eggs and pineapple.

    Mix well. Stir in pecans.

    Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes. Use with Pineapple Pecan Cake Frosting.
