- 5 large green peppers
- 3 Philadelphia cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp. gran. gelatine
- 1/4 c. cold water
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/3 tsp. paprika
- 1 c. whipped cream
- 25 slices canned pineapple
- 3 heads lettuce or 2 large ones
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. pineapple juice
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. hot water
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 c. whipped cream
Directions

1Beat eggs in upper part of double boiler.

2Add sugar, flour and salt, blended together.

3Stir well, then add juices, water and vinegar.

4Place over heat and stir until thick and creamy.

5Chill and when ready to serve, add whipped cream.
