  • 5 large green peppers
  • 3 Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. gran. gelatine
  • 1/4 c. cold water
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/3 tsp. paprika
  • 1 c. whipped cream
  • 25 slices canned pineapple
  • 3 heads lettuce or 2 large ones
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. pineapple juice
  • 1/3 c. lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. hot water
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 c. whipped cream

Directions

    Beat eggs in upper part of double boiler.

    Add sugar, flour and salt, blended together.

    Stir well, then add juices, water and vinegar.

    Place over heat and stir until thick and creamy.

    Chill and when ready to serve, add whipped cream.
