  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 (9-inch) pie shells
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 3 c. crushed pineapple, packed in its own juice

Directions

    Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl.

    Do this by hand with large spoon.

    Pour in unbaked pie shell.

    Sprinkle a tablespoon of sifted flour over top.

    Cover with top crust.

    Bake in 425° oven for 10 minutes.

    Lower heat to 325° and continue to bake for 30 minutes.
