- all-purpose flour
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup poppy seed
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Grease and flour two 9x5-inch loaf pans.

3Combine 2 1/4 cups flour, sugar, poppy seeds and baking powder in bowl.

4Beat eggs to blend in another bowl; beat in milk,oil and vanilla.

5Add dry ingredients and stir until smooth; pour into prepared pans.

6Bake until tester inserted comes out clean, 50 to 60 minutes.

7Serve warm or at room temperature.
