Pineapple Pie

  • 1 unbaked pie shell
  • approx 4-5 cups canned crushed pineapple
  • 1/4 cup Tapioca (I use Kraft Minute Tapioca)
  • 1 cup sugar ( I tend to use less, about 3/4 of a cup depending on my sweet tooth or the one of the person I am making it for.)
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in a bowl and let stand for 15 minutes. Then add the filling to the crust. I usually bake for about 45-50 minutes at 400 degrees.
