  • 1 stick margarine or butter
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • 4 egg yolks, beaten
  • 4 egg whites

Directions

    Cream together margarine and sugar.

    Add pineapple (20 ounce) and egg yolks.

    Beat egg whites until fluffy and fold into pineapple mix.

    Pour into 2 small or 1 large unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350° until pie shell is done.

    The top will be golden brown.
