- 1 deep dish pie shell, unbaked
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 34 cup coconut
- 2 eggs
- 34 cup pineapple, drained, crushed
- 14 cup butter or 14 cup margarine, melted
Directions

1In a small bowl, mix sugar and flour.

2Stir in coconut.

3In a larger bowl, beat eggs lightly.

4Mix in pineapple, and then coconut mixture.

5Add melted butter, and mix well.

6Pour filling into deep dish pie crust.

7Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 45 to 60 minutes.
