  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. corn starch or flour
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 4 eggs, separated (save whites for meringue)
  • 1/2 stick butter or margarine
  • 2 unbaked pie shells

Directions

    Mix all ingredients, except 4 egg whites, and cook over low heat until thick.

    Pour into 2 unbaked pie shells.
