Pineapple Pork Chops

  • 6 pork chops (1-inch thick)
  • 1 c. thawed undiluted frozen orange juice
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 c. crushed pineapple
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Brown pork chops in a large skillet.

    Place in casserole dish. Mix juice, pineapple, sugar, soy sauce, salt and pepper.

    Spread over chops. Cover tightly and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
