- 1 c. shortening
- 1 c. margarine
- 2 3/4 c. sugar
- 6 eggs
- 3 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3/4 c. crushed pineapple, undrained
Directions

1Cream shortening, margarine, sugar and vanilla.

2Beat eggs and add one at a time.

3Add flour and baking powder.

4Alternate with milk.

5Add pineapple.

6Pour batter into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.

7Place in cold oven and bake at 325° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

8Cool for 10 minutes in pan before removing.
