- 3 c. plain flour, sifted 3 times and then measured
- 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 8 large eggs

1Cream Crisco and sugar.

2Add eggs, one at a time.

3Add flour and pineapple alternately.

4Bake 1 1/2 hours at 300°.
