- 8 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 small can crushed pineapple (juice and all)
- 3 c. sugar
- dash of salt
- 2 c. vegetable shortening
- 3 c. plain flour
Directions

1Cream the shortening and sugar.

2Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.

3Add flour and salt gradually.

4Stir in vanilla and crushed pineapple.

5Bake in greased and floured tube pan or two 9 x 5-inch loaf pans for 1 hour or until done at 350°.
