- 1 1/2 c. butter
- 10 eggs
- 3 c. plain flour, sifted
- 1 (10 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained (reserve juice)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Cream together butter and sugar until smooth.

2Add eggs, two at a time, mixing well.

3Add flour, sifting and mixing well.

4Add drained pineapple.

5Pour batter into tube pan and bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
