Pineapple Pound Cake

  • 2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 c. Crisco (shortening)
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. butter flavoring
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple

Directions

    Preheat oven to 325°. Cream shortening. Add sugar gradually. Add eggs one at a time. Beat well after each one. Slowly add flour and salt. Mix well. Add flavorings and pineapple (drained). Mix well. Bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes in a greased and floured Bundt pan. Cool 15 minutes before removing from pan.
