Pineapple Pudding

  • 20 oz. can crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 3 eggs, well beaten
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 4 slices bread, cubed
  • 1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted

Directions

    Combine pineapple and eggs.

    Mix together sugar, flour and salt.

    Add to pineapple mixture.

    Pour into a greased baking dish. Toss bread cubes in melted butter.

    Place on top of pineapple. Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
