- 20 oz. can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 3 eggs, well beaten
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 slices bread, cubed
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
Directions

1Combine pineapple and eggs.

2Mix together sugar, flour and salt.

3Add to pineapple mixture.

4Pour into a greased baking dish. Toss bread cubes in melted butter.

5Place on top of pineapple. Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
