  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. mace
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 (1 lb.) can crushed pineapple, do not drain
