Pineapple Roll-Ups

  • 10 canned unsweetened pineapple spears
  • 5 oz. thinly sliced lean turkey or ham
  • 1/4 c. catsup
  • 1 Tbsp. low-sugar grape spread
  • 1/4 Tbsp. dry mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. pineapple juice

Directions

    Wrap 1/2 ounce of ham or turkey around each pineapple spear. Fasten with toothpicks.

    Combine catsup, grape spread, mustard and pineapple juice.

    Spoon 1 tablespoon of sauce over each pineapple spear.

    Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350° for 3 to 4 minutes. Use any remaining sauce for dripping.
