- 1 loaf sandwich bread
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 egg yolk, beaten
- 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
- 3/4 stick margarine, melted
Directions

1Trim crusts from bread and flatten bread with rolling pin. Cream sugar and cream cheese together.

2Add egg yolk, vanilla and pineapple.

3Spread mixture thinly on bread.

4Roll up and cut rolls in halves or thirds.

5Brush with melted butter and roll in cinnamon and sugar mixture.

6Bake at 350° for 12 minutes.

7Lift off cookie sheet and cool.

8Don't eat hot, they will burn your mouth!!!!
