  • 1 1/2 ounces (1 jigger) white rum
  • 3 ounces (2 jiggers) unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • Chilled seltzer or club soda
  • 1 lime slice for garnish

    In a tall glass combine the rum , the pineapple and lime juices, and 4 ice cubes.

    Fill the glass with the seltzer and stir the drink.

    Garnish it with the lime slice.
