Pineapple Salad

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. pineapple juice
  • 1 c. orange juice
  • 2 level Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1 bag marshmallows (regular size)
  • 1 (16 oz.) can chunk pineapple
  • 1 regular size Cool Whip

Directions

    Beat eggs, juice, cornstarch and sugar.

    Bring to boil; cook for 2 minutes.

    Let cool.

    Cut marshmallows in fourths.

    Fold marshmallows, pineapple and Cool Whip into cooled dressing.

    Let set overnight.
