  • 1 large can pineapple
  • 9 marshmallows, cut with wet scissors
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 c. nut meats
  • 8 maraschino cherries
  • 12 Tbsp. pineapple juice
  • 6 Tbsp. sugar

Directions

    Cook very slowly the eggs, pineapple juice and sugar.

    Stir constantly until thick.

    Pour over pineapple mixture when cold. Serve with whipped cream.
