  • 1 large cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 (3 oz.) lemon Jell-O
  • 1 small Cool Whip

Directions

    Heat pineapple and juice in medium size saucepan until boils. Dissolve Jell-O in hot pineapple.

    Beat cream cheese in mixture until smooth.
