Directions

1Combine sugar, cornstarch, and orange juice in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Add butter, stirring until melted. Place yams in a 2-quart casserole. Pour glaze over yams. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 20 minutes.
