  • 2 small boxes or 1 large pineapple Jell-O
  • 1 c. pineapple juice
  • 2 3/4 c. water
  • 1 small Philly cream cheese, mixed with a little milk
  • 1 can chunk pineapple, drained
  • 2 bananas, sliced

Directions

    Heat water to boiling and add to jello until dissolved.

    Add pineapple juice and chill until syrupy.

    Whip the Philly cream cheese and milk.

    Add to Jell-O and whip.

    Spread sliced bananas and chunk pineapple in bottom of a 9-inch square dish.

    Pour Jell-O mixture over top and chill.
