  • 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. cream (can use Pet milk)
  • 1 egg, well beaten
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) pkg. miniature marshmallows
  • 1 (No. 2) can (1 lb. 4 1/2 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/4 lb. American cheese, grated

Directions

    Melt butter in medium size iron skillet.

    Add sugar, mixing well.
  3. 3
    Slowly add cream, stirring constantly.
  4. 4
    Add some of the hot mixture to the well beaten egg and stir in.

    Cook slowly until consistency of custard.

    Set aside to cool.
