  • 12 large marshmallows or 1 pkg. small
  • 1/2 c. pineapple juice, drained from can crushed pineapple
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 1 1/2 c. boiling water
  • 1 can crushed pineapple
  • 1/4 lb. cream cheese
  • 3 level Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 pt. whipping cream

    Pour boiling water over jello.

    Dissolve marshmallows.

    Whip. Add pineapple juice.

    Chill.

    Do not congeal.

    Add pineapple, pecans, cream cheese and mayonnaise.

    Fold in whipping cream. Chill.
