Pineapple Salad

  • 2 1/2 pt. whipping cream (can substitute Cool Whip)
  • 1 lb. miniature marshmallows
  • small can cubed pineapple
  • 2 pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese

Directions

    Cream the cream cheese with pineapple juice.

    Add cream, marshmallows and pineapple gradually. Let stand for 2 or 3 hours until marshmallows dissolve.

    Put in refrigerator, not in freezer, in a long flat dish.
