- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime or lemon jello
- 2 c. hot water
- 25 to 30 marshmallows
- 1 small can crushed pineapple
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. whipping cream
Directions

1Dissolve jello in hot water and cut marshmallows in small pieces.

2Stir into jello.

3Cool slightly and mix in cream cheese. Set aside to stiffen.

4Just before mixture is congealed, whip with rotary beater.

5Add pineapple, mayonnaise and fold in whipped cream.

6Chill until set.

7Serves 10 to 12.
