- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger
- 2 teaspoons honey

- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
Directions
