  • 2 cups small-diced pineapple
  • 1 cup small-diced strawberries
  • 1 cup small-diced kiwi (about 3 kiwis)
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/2 jalapeno, seeded and minced
  • 2 tablespoons thinly sliced mint (in thin ribbons)
  • Kosher salt
  • Cinnamon-sugar pita chips, for serving

    In a medium bowl, toss the pineapple, strawberries and kiwi with the lime juice and jalapenos.
