  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/3 c. oil
  • 1 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple (save juice and 3 Tbsp. pineapple for icing)
  • 2 Tbsp. plain flour
  • 1 box powdered sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Crisco
  • 3 Tbsp. pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Mix cake mix with eggs.

    Add oil, milk and flour, then add pineapple.

    Bake at 350° for 35 minutes in a greased and floured sheet pan.

    Pour pineapple juice over cake while still hot.
