- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 (1 lb) can crushed pineapple in juice
- Topping
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 - 1 cup butter
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 cup walnuts (Chopped)
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions

1Mix the flour,2 cups sugar, 2 eggs, can of pineapple with juice, baking soda and salt together and pour into a large cookie sheet with sides.

2Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.

3For topping; In a saucepan, bring sugar, butter and milk to a boil; cook for 5 minutes (slowly).

4Cool.

5Add nuts, coconut and vanilla.

6Spread this on warm cake.

7Put under broiler for a few minutes until brown and crunchy.
