- 2 c. buttermilk
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 4 Tbsp. white corn syrup
- 1 (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 egg white, unbeaten
Directions

1Combine buttermilk, sugar, corn syrup, pineapple and vanilla. Pour into refrigerator dessert tray.

2Freeze until firm.

3Remove to chilled bowl; add unbeaten egg white and beat until fluffy. Return to freezer for 20 to 25 minutes or until frozen.
