- 2 1/2 c. pineapple chunks
- 3 Tbsp. pickle syrup
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. chopped pickle
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 lb. cooked shrimp
- cooked rice
Directions

1Put pineapple with syrup, pickles, pickle syrup and salt in a saucepan.

2Dissolve cornstarch in a little water and add to saucepan.

3Bring mixture to a boil, stirring until clear and thickened.

4Add the cooked shrimp and heat through.

5Serve on rice.
