- 2 1/2 cups pineapple chunks
- 3 tablespoons pickles, chinese syrup
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup pickles, dill chopped
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 pound shrimp, cooked
- 1 x rice, cooked
Directions

1Put pineapple with syrup, pickles, pickle syrup and salt in saucepan.

2Dissolve cornstarch in a little water and add to saucepan.

3Bring mixture to a boil, stirring until clear and thickened.

4Add the cooked shrimp and heat through.

5Serve on rice.
