- 1 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 5 to 6 slices white bread, cubed
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar.

2Beat eggs into mixture, one at a time.

3Stir in pineapple.

4Fold in bread cubes.

5Turn into a greased 1 1/2-quart glass dish.

6Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 hour.
