- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple (do not drain)
- 5 or 6 slices bread
Directions

1Mix diced bread with other ingredients.

2Place in greased loaf pan.

3Bake, covered, for 30 minutes at 325°.

4Remove cover and bake for 10 minutes more or until slightly brown on top.
