- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1 c. grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 stick butter, melted
- 1 sleeve crushed Ritz Crackers
Directions

1Mix pineapple, sugar, flour, & cheese. Pour into greased dish. Add melted butter to cracker crumbs & spread over pineapple mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
